Auto dealer Fraud?

My dad bought a Kia Sorento in July. He has really bad Credit and I told them I would be the co-signer. I didnt have any credit they told me. However now I am the co signer and I never signed a paper. On all the paperwork my name is not on there. When I went to get a new car I was told NO 5 times telling me I have 2 car loans over 50,000 dollars. My father called kia and told them they said they give me their apologize and will fix my credit in 24 hours? I was told I cant get apartment or anything because of this I told them I was getting a lawyer and they said go head but they can't do anything for me but fix my credit. We spoke to a big boss at kia corporation what can I do sue then? Or not?
