Automobile Repossesion
My car was repossed in late 2005, but my last payment made was probably July or August of 2005. A collections company is calling me now to seek payment, and I wondered if the statute of limitations in PA has run out with this account.

generally the stute of limitations in a mater such as yours would be four years from the last payment if you are accurate that it was made in July or August 2005, then the statute would not run until then.
