Bad check

A bad check was given to me. It bounced, causing me two i s f penalties. What is my next move?

give the person formal notice that the check bounced. You do this by sending them a letter, certified mail, notifying them of the bounce. You give them 10 days to make the check good. If they do not, you go to your local magistrage and notify them, they will assist you in pressing criminal charges.
