bank account

I owe money on a motorcycle, can the company I owe money to go into my bank account and take money out? Or does the court decide if they can do this?

The creditor ordinarily has to get a judgment. In recent years, though, some banks have been solciting direct deductions from bank accounts for bills and I'm not aware of any challenges to that procedure. I think you would have to pre-authorize such deductions.
