Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Bank Levy

I have a judgement against someone who defaulted on a 15K personal loan. I did the writ of execution and had it served by the sheriff. The accounts are frozen. Will the money be sent to me automatically now or is there another step that has to be taken for seizure of the funds? No interogatories were served. I knew where the accounts were and the writ was for all funds over 300 dollars up to 15,000. It has been 2 wks and I have heard nothing except from the person who's account was frozen. I live in Pennsylvania

Re: Bank Levy

You have to serve Interrogatories with the Writ. The Bank then answers with the amount of the funds that are available and sends you the funds after 20 days.
