Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Bankruptcy listed on credit report but never filed

I retained a lawyer to file bankruptcy but never went through with it. The debt is all past the 4 year statute. I pulled a credit report and some creditors have listed the accounts discharged because of chapter 7 bankruptcy. can I dispute this due to the fact that I never went through ith the bankruptcy.
