Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I have a bill with my name and another persons name on it. The co signer Has refused to pay any part of the bill. I have paid over more than half including a ton of late fees due to lack of help. Is it possible to have the bill switched over to the cosigners name since I have paid for more than half of the bill?

No. Not unless the co-signer and the lender is willing to do that. If you are the primary borrower YOU are liable. A co-signer is equally responsible only if you do not pay.

If the person is a co-borrower, that is somewhat different. They are responsible but you can only go after the other person after you have paid their fair share of the bill.
