Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

breech of contract

We are being sued by a man that didn't keep up his end of the verbal contract. The bills don't match what he gave to the court. Never gave me a written contract as we agreed. Do we have a good chance of winning?

It's difficult to say with the information provided. If there is no written contract he may still be able to pursue it as an "account stated" if it meets the requirements, or for the value of whatever it is he was providing.
