Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

When I was a business owner, (dissolved business 12/31/08) I used a dropshipper to supply some of my customers. I just received a letter from them telling me that their credit card system appeared to have failed to settle freight amounts, and they want me to pay $121.86. To complicate matters even more, I filed for bankruptcy in Jan. 2009. Am I liable for the vendors mistake 2 years later?

P.S. I'm not sure that I have selected the correct area of law, either.

At this point, I would say don't worry about it. I suggest writing them a letter, telling them just what you listed here -- that you're no longer in business and have filed for bankruptcy. For $121.86, I'm sure they will write it off. Best of luck to you in the future.
