Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
I have been getting calls from a collection agency for a person I have nothing to do with or any relation to. I have asked them to stop calling and to remove our number. I am still getting calls from them. It is really getting bothersome, harassment. Is there anything we can do to make this stop besides disconnecting my phone?

Yes. Telling them does no good; they need to be sent a letter. If you wish to do this on your own, the letter needs to be sent via certified mail. If you want me to do this for you (I know how to use the right magic language and will direct the letter to the right person), please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter.
