capital one creditor has frozen bank account

acct. was frozen by creditor they claim i owe them about 2,000 dollars . hired credit solutions last year to handle my debits. they have been corresponding with creditors on my behalf. a letter was sent to credit solutions abot my bank acct. being frozen. i did not receive a copy of this letter. only found out after check was deposited in bank. I share this acct with my wife who has nothing to do with this situation. now i cant paid my bills and checks are starting to bounce. also wife just had bypass surgery and needs her medications. both savings and checking accts. have been frozen. what can i do

Assuming that the judgment is against you alone, immediately have your wife file a claim for exemption with the Sheriff's Office based on the account being marital property.
