Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Car

i co-sign on a car,in d beginning payment n insurance were made on time, fews months ago payment were made late n no insurance on d car. as a co-signer to this car,i can't afford to make payment on d car or even put insurance on it, i need to know what i have to do to some how protect my credit, if it ruin already what can i do to at least protect it.

Why did the person that you co-signed for quit making payments?

Anyway, the only thing that you can do to protect your interests is to have someone who can afford the payments and insurance make the payments on the car or to help you make the payments. If the car is repossessed and sold at auction, the deficiency will probably be greater than if someone is willing to take it off your hands.
