Re: car lease agreement
The matter requires some detailed inspection and review of all documents. You can not stop making your lease payments and not destroy your credit and as well as your cosigners. The vehicle will be reppossed and any deficiency will be pursued. Your lease agreement must be reviewed by legal counsel to see if you are permitted to assign to a third party who will continue the lease payment or buyout the lease. It is difficult to assess your remedies without a full and complete review of the facts and a review of the documents. If I can be of any assistence, please let me know. My charge for review is reasonable. Gerald Hershenson 215-579-9390
