Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

car loan

car loan from Capital One year ago for 16,000 I paid it down to 3400. and somehow I'm getting phone calls demanding a payoff. My credit is excellent and they deducted pymts. What do I do.

If you have paid according to the terms of your contract you may want to contact a local attorney to see if he or she will pursue an action against Capital One for violation of the Pennsylvania's Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
