Car Loan
There was a vehicle that was refinanced in that refinancing a title was sent marked paid in full with 0 leans held against it. After this title was receieved marked paid in full this vehicle was sold to another person. The clean and clear title was switched over into another person's name. The person who's name the loan was in has passed away. The bank is looking for this vehicle do they posess any right to reposess this vehicle.

The car owner can sell any car that does not have a lien listed on it. The bank, or their collection agent, cannot go after a car that was transferred free and clear of liens, but they do have a claim against the decedant's estate. Please contact us with any questions. Thanks.
