car reposession

I bought a car from a buy here pay here dealer in Pennsylvania, they repoed the car and said we have 48 hrs to pay off the balance or they will re sell the car. can they do that

The answer is probably yes. It depends on the terms of the finance agreement which are usually well written. There is a Pennsylvania Act governing installment sales of automobiles and you may have some rights under it. It is at 69 P.S. � 601, et seq. I suggest that you contact an attorney in your area to see if the dealer is in compliance with the Act.
