car reposition

I want to lower my truck payment but Wachovia wil not allow me to refinance. What are my options before and after a reposition? Finacially and legally?

you can refinance with any lender, it does not have to be Wachovia.

If they repossess your vehicle, they will sell it at auction for a cheap price. They will then sue you for the difference.
