Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Cash Advance Issue

Last April a company CMG deposited $250 in my account. After paying for almost a year I contacted them asking for a contract or verification of me accepting the terms and they were unable to provide me with anything. Every 2 weeks they take $75 dollars which now total over $2100. Do I have any legal standing where I can get some of that money back and get out of the supposed contract? I can't afford to keep paying them . Please help.

Re: Cash Advance Issue

You asked about a cash advance that's cost too much.

You need to contact an attorney immediately and you need to close that bank account and you must tell the bank that you to stop all automatic withdrawals.

The bank may or not cooperate, but if you don't have any money in the account then hopefully they will get the message. If the bank will cooperate you can simple ask them to change the account numbers to prevent the automatic withdrawals.

The attorney can help you get most, if not all of your money back. He may even be able to get a punitive amount and the amount of his fees if the claims fall under certain laws.

Regards,

Roger
