civil action complain
i get sued by a debt colector lawyers i talk to a lawyer and she tell me no to writing anwser the civil complain because an going to lose she tell me the judge going to judment again me and put a lien in my house that set is im sell the houses they get their money but i tell her im going to defend my self because they no are the original credit card holder i think the buy the debt from bank of america to tried to get the money what i need to writing in the writing anwser like they no are the original creditor the time went i stop pay anithing else . i need help im runing out of time thank.

Listen to the lawyer you spoke to. I am gussing that she did not charge you or did not charge you much for the visit and has nothing to gain from advsing you to give in and pay the bill.
