civil complain

i need to do a writing anwser what i need to put in the leter to defend my self because the debt collection lawyer they no are the original creditor i think the buy the debt from bank of america to collect the money i talk to a lawyer and tell me he canot defend me because im go to lose she said to let to put a judment on me and what they doing is put a lien in my house but i whant to defend me self i ned help what i need to write in the leter like they are no the original creditor sol o anithing else help me thank.

You need to hire an attorney to file an answer. I think what you are claiming is that the plaintiff is not the real party in interest. Your attorney should look at the case of Atlantic Credit v. Giuliana, 829 A.2d 340 (2003).
