civil complaint

for the defedant name do we put the company name or do we putthe company name & the owners name as well? One of the owners filed bankruptcy in his own name not the business name.

Your best bet is probably to file a claim with the Bankruptcy Court. If the owner is bankrupt, the company is probably also bankrupt.
