civil summons fpr credit card debt

How do you respond after you are served with papers no court date just papers stating so many days to respond...

You have to file an answer. This is apparently a civil action. You should immediately get a local attorney. Too many of these credit card debt suits go to default judgments despite that there are defenses available in many of them.

I agree with the answers already provided. You must respond to what appears to be a complaint in a timely manner or the Plaintiff creit card company could take a judgement against you. See an attorney at once. If you would like to consult with my office you may contact me.
