If aq collection agengy has filed a civil action hearing against you are they still able to call and harras you on the phone ... obviously they have decided to go further what is the point other then harrasment?

If the collection agency filed an action against you, you need to hire an attorney. After your attorney files an answer they may not continue to contact you directly.
