Collection Agencies
Are major department stores allowed to find out your place of employment and then call the office if you owe on a bill. They have called the office many times and then asked to speak to a supervisor. They have also called my house numerous times leaving arrogant messages.

Creditors may not call your office and speak to your supervisor about your debt. If they do, they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Act, and you should contact an attorney immediately to protect your rights.
