collection agency sueing wrong person

I have a debt with MBNA .Somehow the debt was put in husband's name.Told them numurous times this was my debt.

They sold charge off to agency.husband told agency no knowledge of debt not his debt.they have ONLY talked to me. Explained a 100 times NOT husband's debt.I offered to pay a monthly payment they refused

because was not amount they had wanted.They have filed judgement in husbands name without notification of arbritration

award they claim they won.NOT notified of that either.

Your husband needs to petition to strike the judgment as he never consented to arbitration and never contracted the debt. I offer free consultations.
