Collection on an emergency room visit with no insurance
Can they attach my wages for a 800.00 bill when I had stated at the time I did not have insurance and I live paycheck to paycheck now and still cant pay all my bills?

Under Pennsylvania law wages can not attached for the debt you described. However, the possibility of a bank attachment, levy on personal property, is still a possibility. Not likely though. You will harassed by credit collection agencies and your credit may be effected.Gerald Hershenson Esq.
