Collection of Past Due Bill

I owe a propane company $200 for gas delivered in the spring. I rent my property. The Propane supplier has subsequently contacted a third party (my landlord who is not related to me) about the past due balance...is this legal?..Well he tried to contact my landlord but since he wasnt available they discused my information with a fourth party (one of my landlords restaurant employees)!!

I believe it is a violation of the Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act. However, I don't think you would be likely to be awarded damages against the propane company because of the minor nature of the violation.
