Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Sub Contractors rights

I am a subcontractor from Ma. I was contracted to help a GC from New jersy to help in the remodel of a hotel in Philadelphia with a contracted price of $1600.00. None of the G.C.'s contracted terms were met on the job. Ie availabilty of material and, readieness of the job for compleation. In good faith I stayed on and worked to the best of my ability and completed all of the work possible and in good faith some that was not contracted. In the contract Immedite payment via cash, money order or cert. check was specified. when I could not compleat any more work I told the GC I had to leave and requested payment. I agreed to take payment of 1200 dollars at that time but no payment has been recieved. I have now sent demand for payment of the full amount of the contract to the Gc and a C/C to the client company. Is the Client company the hotel responsibe and how should I proceed from here?
