Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
I have a court day next week for 2300. for Credit Card - can they garnish my wages or take my income check - PA
Most of this is interest and late fees can I get this lowered?

Your wages cannot be garnished. If a collection agency is suing you, you really should have a consumer attorney go to the hearing in your place. You should win with that approach.

I concur with the previous comment. You would be well advised to have an attorney negotiate with the creditor's counsel to reduce interest and late fees.
