Used My Credit to buy brother a vehicle

I made a mistake and bought a vehicle for my brother and he was suppose to pay for it and has fallen behind on the payments. I can not pay them. The vehicle is about worthless due to the condition. What should I do???

You are pretty much on the hook for the vehicle. If it's in bad shape, there may not be much to get at auction if it's repossessed and you will end up with a deficiency judgment. You may want to help him with some of the payments to avoid repossession.
