Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Credit Card Debt

Can a Credit Card/Collection agency attach a Judgment, lien or take money from/to a Checking/Savings account of a Husband and Wifes Joint Account if the Credit Card is in only in the Husbands name? If so can they attach to Wifes account if the Debt is in the Husbands name?

Also, can they have a sherriff sale on items located inside the house, i.e TV's, stoves, furniture?
