Can my house be taken away or have liens placed on. Can other properties be confiscated or my wages be taken?

If a judgement is obtained against you, the creditor can have assets owned by you sld to satisfy the debt. They can attach a bank account, sell a car etc. the judgement also acts as a lien against real property owned in your name. there are certain exceptions and you would be advised to seek legal counsel to evaluate your specific situation.
