chase has decided to sue me in montgomery county pa for unpaid credit card (approx 3700) which i am in no position to pay (account was est before i married)we own a house (w.morg) can they take the house

After they obtain a judgment they may execute upon any property that you own that is not within your exemptions. You need to contact an attorney in Montgomery County as soon as possible to file an Answer.
