credit card debt
im order to come to court.for a credit card bill.im on ssd.i owne nothing.can they take my ssd. that all i have.im sick do i have to go. thank you

If you don't go, you lose. You have to say that you're going to defend...there is a response on paper that you have to make saying you are going to defend. If you don't do that, you lose.
If you lose, they can sell your stuff to pay the credit card bill. No, they can't take your ssd, but they can sell anything you own.
Yes, you have to file your intent to defend, and you have to go.
