Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Credit Card

My husaband and I got into credit card debt...the last payment we made on our caards was march of 2004...Can they still come after us for these?? Do I have any course of action...this one is a little ne but i'm afraid more are going to follow this one...what can i do?

They have 4 years to sue you, but they could try and sue you after that. If they did, you have a good defense, but you will still have to defend it.
