Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Credit Card Judgment -garnishment of joint account

My mother-in-law has stopped paying a credit card bill. The co. recently filed suit against her. She has a bank account but when it was set up, I beleive we put both our names on the account although only her name appears on the checks so I could sign checks in my name b/c I was trying to help her manage her affairs. I haven't written a check in ages, but, b/c I also have an account at that bank, I have electronically transfered funds to my account to pay things like her auto ins. If the Credit card co. gets a judgment against her, is my bank account subject to be garnished as well as hers?

They may be able to attach the joint account but not your account.
