credit card law suite

I live in pa received a summons to civil court for bank of america 2700.00 I offered 1500.00 they said no but I can make payments but they will still put a judgement on the house but not act on it what does that mean??

That means they intend to obtain a judgment against you but not execute on the judgment provided you make the payments.
