Credit Card Under 18

If a credit card was opened by someone under 18 and they accumulated debt on it, would they be responisible for paying the debt since they were a minor when the card was opened?

It depends on a number of things. In many circumstances the contract with the credit card company may be void but it may be enforceable in a number of other circumstances.
