Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Credit Card taking me to court.

I've had a balance on my credit card of like $3000. for the past 2 years. They are now taking me to court.

If i don't show up, a judgement will be made against me. Can they garnish my wages or put lien on my house?

Its an unsecured loan, does it become secured after a judgement is made against me? Thanks.

It doesn't become secured but it does become a lien. Even if you do owe money on your credit card, however, you should defend the case because the interest rates the credit card companies claim are illegal in most instances, in my opinion.
