Can a credit company take money from your account without permision? They gave out personal information to another employee about myself because he didn't make sure he ws speeking to the right person.

This sounds like two questions. The answer to whether a credit company can take money directly from your account without permission is generally no.

The answer to whether they can give out your personal information to another employee is also generally no. In fact, you should inform the credit company that your employer does not allow you to take personal calls at work and tell them never to call you at work again. That is a violation of Pennsylvania's Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act.
