I have no idea what you're saying. Please be more specific. You have to go to court for what? What was filed against you? It's not up to you to take any paper...it's up to them to prove you owe. Don't take your bank statement. Give me more info about what kind of court you are in front of, what you're being sued for, what the papers you got from them say,etc.
