credit dept

i live in pa. i am in dept to at least 3 or 4 credit cards. im on disability. i havent made a payment in 2 yrs can they sue me and take it out of the disability?

While credit card creditors cannot garnish wages a levy of your bank account if you have direct deposit would do virtually the same thing. MostCases are worth defending and you should contact a lawyer. I offer free initial consultations.
