Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter recently went through drug rehab. She was 21 and arrested for using credit cards she had obtained to acquire drugs. I did not cosign am I responsible?

Most likely, No. Unless you helped her acquire the cards I don't see that you would be liable.
