Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
Credit Reporting
Freecreditreport (affiliated with Experian) is reporting false information from all 3 of the credit bureaus. There are serious discrepencies (of approximately 100 points) in their Scores when compared to my actual credit report. This has caused me embarrasment, unnecessary 'hits' on my credit report, and problems in obtaining loans. I have paid for this service, and I'd like to know if there is a legal avenue I can pursue.

Re: Credit Reporting
Yes. There are a number of credit repair avenues. I suggest that your best bet is through an attorney who does this kind of work. It is a fairly quick process right now and many attorneys will do it right in the office the day you come in to see them.
