Creditor Harrasment in Lehigh/Berks County PA-HELP?

Due to increasing medical/prescrip- bills/copays for myself this year,I have stumbled in making my unsecured credit pymnts on time but am paying.I've juggled things so as paid w/in 30 days as they agreed until 7/05 and then pd few 31-60. One Creditor alone holds my Visa,a Pers Loan,& my car loan.After already working with someone there,I started rcving messgs from a very rude individ & I did not return his repeated calls.Due to this, he froze my check card, embarrased me in public while trying to pay for gas because I had paid all but $37 of my CC pymt.He demanded immed pymt,would not release my check card until I ''agreed'' heto take it from my account(even after I advised checks were out on they money & could pay w/next paycheck in two weeks).I reported this to their pres & arranged to speak w/someone else who then tried to refuse my payment via check,screamed at me @ the teller booth as I forgot to call him back, claiming I had no right to place the pymt as I saw needed on CC and Personal loan,claimed legal action,& hung up.Monday I was called @ work by repo for my car but because of the CC & added repo fee to loan. Now back in therapy, my heart being watched..is there any recourse/protection from their slanderous abuse tactics?
