Damage after repossesion

I had a quad (4 wheeler) repossesed when i lost my job, i caught up and kept current bank payments to keep it but could not get up the money to get it out of storage from where the bank put it until 4 months later, when i did get it back it was damaged and now needs both new racks, tires and a rim, the bank says its not their problem, so does the storage company what can i do?

Re: Damage after repossesion

Based on the facts you have provided the bank, the repossesion they used or the storage could all be liable, just because they repossess your vehichle they do not have the right to damage it, I would think you have grounds to sue for the cost of repairs.

Should you need legal assistance you can always my office.
