Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

debt

i agreed to pay off my very past due amount in a ten month period of $500.00 monthly,with the added6% to total bill. Now they sent me a bill for 6% monthly added to the monthly balance. i cant pay this bill as it is. Then in the same sentence i was told if i came up with two payments of 1500.00 in a 60 day period the bill would be clear. i know its my bill and i want to pay it but what are my legal rights. were can i find info on how to handle creditors. They tell u one thing and do another. I know i owe the money, but i dont know were to start to protect myself. help please.

It really depends on what the documents you signed said. Take the documents to an attorney and let him or her know the back ground. No responsible attorney would give you legal advice without seeing the agreement that you have with your creditors.
