Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

i am in debt with capital one cc for $2000, the court date is set for December 20th though i only was notified 1 day ago ( december 6th) the notice was attempted to be delivered at previous address even though i attemped to notify my change of address with capital one. i tried to delay court through their law firm but they would not delay date of appearence and that they would only cancel court date if i gave them at least 35% of debt which i do not have. how can i go about pushing back court date till i either have the money or at least legal represintation?

You can call the court if it is a magistrate court and ask for a continuance tell them you intend to defend the action call them and see if they will continue the case. then contact an attorney. if you get it continued feel free to call my office if you want to schedule a consultation.
