Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Debt collection agreement.

I was served with papers by a debt collector. I know I owe the money. The collector is a debt collector / legal firm. I called them and verbal payment arrangment were agreed to. The documents they sent me per our payment arrangments included a detailed ''questionarre'' such as banking information checking, savings accounts, my other debt information. As you know the forms and letters state the debt collector statement about they are a debt collector and any info. provided...blah, blah. I just want to pay my debt without giving out all of the information they are ask for.(drivers license #). Do I need to fill out their detailed form or will I complete my part of the contract by simply meeting the terms of the payment agreement? Thank you for your advise.

Re: Debt collection agreement.

Do not give out banking information. My advice is to just pay according to the agreement.
