No but there have been a few credit cards issued over the internet that have extremely high interest rates and if you are sued for one of these and you don't appear or answer the complaint it could result in a judgment being entered against you. I've seen one of these where the Defendant, who did use the card for $200.00, was sued before a Magisterial District Judge and the amount that the credit card company was asking was well over $1,000.00 although I forget the exact amount. These are difficult cases for the credit card company to pursue, especially if the card was issued a while ago.
